    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay a comfortable and happy one. The room was spacious, super clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around this city. And the breakfast was delicious and filling, providing me with the fuel I needed for a day of exploring.

    Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

    The room at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The hot water was available all the time, which was a big plus. Moreover, the staff, especially Germania, went the extra mile to make my stay memorable. She allowed me to use the common area even after check-out as I had a late bus. The rest of the staff was equally welcoming and made me feel right at home. The unlimited filtered water and coffee were a great touch. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the airport, bus station, and the charming old town. Highly recommended!

    Great location! Very close to the airport and bus station. the rooms were also very clean and spacious. I also really enjoyed the inner garden, it was a nice touch.

    The customer service was terrible. One of the staff members was rude to me and did not seem to care about my needs.

    We had a fantastic stay at this cozy hotel! The owner, Germania, were pretty good too make us feel welcome and even gave us her personal WhatsApp number for easy communication. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a super comfortable bed. We loved the indoor garden with palm trees and the fact that it stayed dry even in the rain. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the airport and bus station. Germania's kindness and helpfulness made our stay lovely. we highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

    I absolutely loved this little hotel! The family who run it are amazing and made me feel so welcomed. Germania, the owner, even contacted me before my arrival to make sure everything was taken care of. The rooms were modern, spacious, and had a very comfy bed. The attention to detail and service here was top-notch. The staff went out of their way to help with anything and everything, and the unlimited filtered water and coffee were much appreciated.     I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The attention to detail and the friendly staff made my stay memorable. The communication before my arrival was excellent, with the owner personally contacting me to ensure a smooth check-in. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the airport terminal. The rooms were modern, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed. One of the highlights was the beautiful indoor garden, which provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere even during the rain. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were extra clean. I really appreciated the safe parking included in the package. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

    Spent my New Year's Eve at a cozy hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of freshly prepared options! The location was convenient with easy access to transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

    The wifi signal in the room was weak at times, making it difficult to connect to social media and check e-mails. the hot water pressure was not consistent, with the temperature fluctuating during my stay.
